Our Role

To create an exhibition within an outdoor event with the use of large, oversized equipment

Design an indoor hospitality area and outdoor equipment area to feature in the exhibition

Ensure the exhibition communicated a clear point of difference to stand out amongst like-minded brands

Forecasting weather conditions to effectively manage installation timeframes

We worked with the team at Porter Group to CRE8 a stand-out, outdoor exhibition to showcase at the Diesel and Dirt Expo. Our role was to ensure that we used reusable items that could be rebranded with creative graphics for each event to keep costs down for the client and to ensure sustainability of the materials.

Managing challenging weather conditions to secure flexibility with all supply chains and ensure seamless execution was part of our role. The result? A challenging and rewarding project that showcased how outdoor event spaces can come together.

Working with the team at CRE8 was a seamless experience, even with challenging weather conditions, they executed an exhibition that exceeded our brief and captured the right people.
