Build a concept out of 100% sustainable materials

Build a large stand suitable for the foot traffic - 6 x 12 sq

We worked in collaboration with Dan Aldridge to build a large stand (6×12) for Yingli Solar to showcase their brand at the All Energy Conference in Melbourne. The primary goal of this project was to build a concept and stand that was 100% sustainable, with the requirement being that the materials had to either have a circular life cycle or be recyclable. This included counting the carbon footprint throughout all areas of the build.

While the agency we collaborated with had created the initial concept, we worked with them in a partnership to then modify the practical layout for the foot traffic and specified all materials.

The result? An experience that exceeded the brief and produced with only sustainable materials, a project that presented challenges but one we’re proud of. All the materials were created from eco blinds, second life cycle greenery, melted down plastic and paper for the furniture.

Working with CRE8 was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to any brand or organization looking to create a memorable experience. They went above and beyond to source sustainable materials and produce a stand that was 100% waste free. We were very impressed with the lengths they went to, to ensure this happened while not compromising look, feel or presentation. We are a very happy client.
