We worked with Coca-Cola on a custom exhibition stand for YUM!, delivering a dynamic, multi-day brand activation that evolved across the event. Each day featured different graphics, theming, and messaging, requiring a seamless overnight transition to ensure the stand felt fresh and purposeful for every audience.
Our team project managed the full process, coordinating end-of-day changeovers where graphics were removed and replaced after each show day. Alongside the physical build, we implemented a custom AI image generator that allowed attendees to engage directly with the brand, paired with a prize-winning game mechanic that drove participation and excitement throughout the event.
The result? A highly interactive, ever-changing stand that combined innovative technology, strong visual storytelling, and precise logistical planning to deliver a memorable brand experience. Bringing the Coca-Cola presence at YUM to life in a way that felt both playful and cutting-edge.
